Breeds
Beagle (Bee gul)
The beagle is a very popular breed. The beagle is a member of the Scent Hound Group. Hunting dogs have been around for ages. Packs of
hounds were used to pursue game by the Ancient Greeks around 400 years B.C.
Beagles are very merry dogs and as they were bred, the finest for breed for rabbit hunting. Beagles are known as "easy keepers", because
they are easy to groom and kennel. They make wonderful house dogs and companions.
All of our dogs come from good actively hunted lines of beagles. While we do not have the time to actively hunt them in competitions, our
beagles are from quality bloodlines and will make good running dogs or pets.
